It’s most likely that if your friends are too fond of eating and partying, you will give into the temptation sooner or later. Hence make sure you have a few friends who themselves are in the same frame of mind as you are.

Efforts and Motivations:

You can’t get anything for free in this world. This goes for a weight loss program also. You need to put in efforts and understand that it will not be an easy task to get rid of the fat. You might not succeed instantly and the results might not be as per your expectations sometimes, but the key to success is -- go on. Have a positive frame of mind and motivate yourself. You should take everyday as it comes and work on the goals you have set for each day for a quick weight loss.
